We provide emergency response incidents other than oil spills at the Member’s plants located in or near Kerteh, Terengganu, Malaysia.
We also provide emergency/fire safety assurance, relevant training and other off-site technical assistance in accordance with good industry practices.

Who Are We

6th. June, 2000 – Concept, methodology and establishment of CEFS RESPONSE was agreed by founding members(PETRONAS, BP, ExxonMobil & Dow Chemicals)
2001- 2003 -Construction of CEFS RESPONSE facilities. 19th Feb.
2004 – CEFS RESPONSE was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act 1965
Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) approved by Commissioner of Company Malaysia*.
